START INFORMATION
The start line is located on Portland Avenue near the HHH Metrodome. The Metrodome is available for restroom and water prior to the race start, however, the start line is approximately three blocks from the dome so please allow enough time to drop off your sweat bags and arrive at the corrals on time. The ten mile start has four start corrals with assignments based on submitted times. When you register for the lottery, you'll provide your best 5k, 10k, half-marathon or ten mile time in the last two years and we'll assign you to your corral based on the field. If you do not post a time, you will be assigned to corral #4. Don't worry, the race is timed using the ChampionChip so you will know your net time regardless of starting corral!
2010 start area map will be available in July.
Start time - 7:10 a.m. (first corral). Each corral is started using a three minute gap.
