Wave Information
Participants have the option of running in different waves. The First Wave includes all ages and abilities; the Corporate Team Challenge Wave offers CTC participants/teams to run together; or age group waves (3-5). Due to course time constraints, participants must be able to finish a 13 minute mile. Runners may have to move to the sidewalk and obey traffic signals if finishing slower than a 13 minute pace.
If you wish to run in a different wave, you do not need to let race officials know, your chip will register your time.
**The MN Team Circuit Championship Wave is for USATF MN team circuit members only. Team scoring will be taken only from times posted in this wave.
The USA Championship Waves are by invitation only. If you would like to be considered for the Championship Waves, contact Dave Smisek, Elite Recruiter.
*** Time standards for the USA Championship Waves are posted below. Please contact the Twin Cities In Motion office at (763) 287-3888, ext. 118 if you have questions regarding the USA Championship.

Rules of Competition
The Twin Cities In Motion (TCM) does not allow the selling or trading of Bib Numbers and will take necessary action to prevent these transactions. If TCM Officials become aware of an individual involved in the buying or selling of an Official Race Number, the individuals involved may be banned from participating in future events.
Electronic Devices
USA Track & Field Rule 144.3(h) allows races to prohibit the possession and use of headphones and similar devices on the racecourse. This rule will be enforced during the Medtronic TC 1 Mile. Runners should not bring these devices with them to the race. Those carrying/wearing these devices will be given the option to surrender their device to a designated race official prior to entering the starting line chutes. Participants that choose not to surrender their device will be disqualified from the race, their finishing time will not appear in the official race results, and they may be banned from participating in future TCM events.

Parking Information
The course offers an abundance of parking near the start line, finish line, or anywhere in between! We recommend parking near the start area so you can stop by a 'Cheers Zone' on your way back from the finish area. Recommended parking locations include the Minneapolis Regional Library accessible from 4th Street, the Ritz Parking Lot located at 54 South 4th Street. Both locations are less than a block from the start line.
