Ways to Register
1. Online Registration is now open. Click here to register. Online Registration closes Friday, September 24.

2. Mail-in entry - Entry forms will be available in June
Entry Forms
1. Entries will automatically be sent to participants who were registered in 2009.
2. Beginning in June, 2010 entry forms will be available at local running stores, major health clubs, and the Twin Cities In Motion office.
3. To receive an entry form by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address:

3. Expo Registration
Register in person on Friday, October 1, 2010, from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. CST at the TC 5K, TC 10K & Medtronic TC Family Events booth, located in the Health & Fitness Expo at the Saint Paul RiverCentre, 175 West Kellogg Blvd. in downtown Saint Paul.
4. Race Day Registration
Register on race day at the State Capitol Grounds based on the schedule below. PLEASE NOTE: Registration closes 15 minutes prior to the start of each event.

6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. CDT
TC 5K Run/Walk
7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. CDT
Diana Pierce Family Mile presented by
