TC 10K	Saturday, October 2

TC 10K offers runners a challenge to kick-off the events that start marathon weekend and gets underway at 7:30 a.m., Saturday, October 2.  The 10K course is an out-and-back along Summit Avenue and starts and ends on John Ireland Boulevard, in front of the State Capitol in Saint Paul.

TC 5K	Saturday, October 2

The 2010 TC 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Saturday October 2 2010. Come join us as part of the Medtronic TC Family Events, or run/walk the 5K as an individual or group. Challenge your friends or colleagues to run too!

Governor’s Cup

Emergency Responders, Police, Fire and Ambulance Workers, and Military Personnel: Register your 5K team to take part in the 4th Annual Governor's Cup, presented by ING, on October 2nd!

The race is part of the TC 5K and is a way for Twin Cities In Motion and the Governor of Minnesota to recognize the hard work that emergency responders, police, fire and ambulance workers have dedicated to our weekend of events over the last 29 years.
